  • Set the daily standard for service and hospitality across the front of house

  • Coach and Develop the Team: supervise front of house team members and coach them in the moment; drive team member engagement and create a team culture rooted in care and accountability; support hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing development; delegate tasks clearly and follow up to ensure completion
  • Manage Operations: execute opening and closing procedures and manage assigned shifts; use business metrics and guest feedback to drive performance improvements; maximize revenue and profit within your area of responsibility; support ordering, inventory management, and facilities needs as assigned

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
  • Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law
Physical Requirements
