Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Dothan, AL. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with workplace regulations. The role includes developing policies, implementing employee programs, resolving workplace conflicts, and ensuring legal compliance. Collaboration with management and supporting employee engagement and development initiatives will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and employee lifecycle management
  • Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Proficiency in HR-related policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs and leadership development plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams
  • Problem‑solving skills, organizational abilities, and sensitivity to workplace diversity and inclusion
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • HR certification (such as PHR or SHRM‑CP) is a plus
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles with a minimum of 3‑5 years in a similar capacity
