Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist provides day‑to‑day HR support for employees, applicants, and managers. This role is responsible for recruiting coordination, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data management, employee relations intake, and general HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries from employees, applicants, and visitors.
  • Coordinate interviews, meetings, and HR events.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and new hire processes.
  • Assist employees with benefits, leave of absence, and HR policy questions.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and HRIS data.
  • Document employee relations concerns and coordinate follow‑up with HR leadership.
  • Prepare HR communications, reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Assist with training logistics, special projects, and department initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a high‑volume administrative role required; 3+ years preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits, leave administration, HR policies, and recruiting processes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
