About the RoleWe are seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the strategic link between our organization and a key client, while also taking a hands‑on role in executing people initiatives on the ground. Your mission is to ensure the effective deployment of the people strategy within the assigned key client, acting as a trusted advisor to its leaders, articulating HR services end to end, and personally executing talent processes and initiatives that support the client's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary HR point of contact for the assigned key client, understanding its business context, priorities, and challenges.
- Bridge the client's needs with the organization's HR service lines (talent acquisition, compensation, learning and development, wellbeing, labor relations, and HR operations), ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Directly execute HR processes and initiatives when required, including selection support, onboarding, performance management cycles, organizational design exercises, and culture or climate interventions.
- Advise and coach the client's leaders on people‑related decisions, organizational changes, and team effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze workforce indicators (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, climate, performance) and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Support the deployment of corporate programs, policies, and transformation initiatives within the client, ensuring adoption and compliance.
- Identify risks and opportunities in the client's talent landscape and escalate or resolve them proactively.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations and internal policies in all people processes under their scope.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in similar roles connecting business units with HR services, including hands‑on execution of talent processes.
- Languages: Professional proficiency in English is required. Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Travel: Availability to travel is mandatory.
