As the Site Health + SEO Specialist,you’llfocus on the performance, stability, and visibility of our websites. Your work will reduce technical issues, support team productivity, and improve search rankings through proactive maintenance, analytics tracking, and targeted SEO tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Improve search rankings through ongoing keyword research and Semrushanalysis
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues that affect visibility and performance
- Review and improve content based on gaps, ranking opportunities, and user intent
- Monitor SEO health scores andtake action to raise overall site performance
- Update plugins and complete basic Word Press maintenance
- Track changes in rankings and site metrics to guide next steps
- Maintain clean site structures that support long-term growth
- 2+ years of experience in SEO with hands-on Semrushuse
- Ability to translate data insights into clear SEO improvements
- Working knowledge of Word Press, including plugin updates and routine maintenance
- Familiarity with keyword research, on-page SEO, and basic technical SEO
- Ability toidentifyissues andtake action without waiting for direction
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Basic knowledge of HTML or site speed optimization
- Comfortworkingwith Oxygen Builder
- Familiarity with
Click Up - Experience supporting content teams with SEO recommendations
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
Reports to the Technology Program Manager and works closely with the lead Web Developer and the UX/UI Designer.
Job Location & Work HoursThis is a full-time position with theoptionto work remotely ifyou are located outside a 45-minute drive from Dothan, AL.
Candidates within a 45-minute drive willbe required to work in-office.
Local team members may work remotely one day per week, depending on team needs and role requirements.
HoursMonday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT
