Data Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
We are looking for a technically minded problem solver who enjoys working with data, systems, and automation, and wants to learn emerging AI tools while also helping translate intelligence into meaningful business impact.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- data engineering

- Support data integration, transformation, and pipeline development across platforms and systems
- Work with SQL, Python, APIs, and cloud data systems such as Azure and Snowflake
- Troubleshoot data quality, workflow, and systems challenges
- Assist with dashboard infrastructure, reporting automation, and technical analytics support
- Collaborate with internal and external technical partners on scalable data solutions
- Help implement AI-enabled workflows, automations, and operational systems
- Assist with prompt engineering, experimentation, and AI workflow testing
- Help improve the speed, scalability, and efficiency of reporting and intelligence workflows
- Contribute ideas around automation, process improvement, and AI-driven operational innovation
- Support reporting, analytics, forecasting, and performance analysis efforts across client accounts
- Help translate data into clear insights and business recommendations
- Assist with development of dashboards, reporting deliverables, and intelligence presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to improve the quality and scalability of intelligence delivery
- Participate in client-facing discussions and presentations as responsibilities grow
- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset
- Curiosity and excitement around AI, automation, and modern data systems
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in fast-evolving environments
- Interest in both technical systems work and business application
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and learning new tools/processes
- 1–4 years of experience in analytics, data, systems, automation, engineering, or related fields
- Exposure to SQL, Python, APIs, automation tools, dashboards, or cloud-based data environments such as Azure and Snowflake
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, reporting, or business intelligence concepts
- Exposure to AI tools, workflow automation, or prompt engineering is a plus
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools is helpful but not required
