IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
The Team Facilitation Lead supports agile practices for product and services delivery teams, develops metric programs that drive continuous improvement, and assists in forecasting and planning.
Compensation: $99,000.00 - $. The role is not eligible for sponsorship. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Work Environment:
This hybrid role requires a minimum of 10 days per month in one of the following office locations:
Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110. Candidates must reside within a 50‑mile radius of the office (35‑mile for Boston/Chicago).
- Ensures teams follow best practices for frameworks and tools that align with established standards.
- Enables the team to be self‑organized, cross‑functional and effective in an environment new to agile delivery.
- Coaches the team to higher levels of maturity with predictable delivery at a sustainable pace.
- Facilitates team collaboration, decision making and conflict resolution.
- Helps the team remove impediments and bottlenecks that interrupt the flow of services.
- Partners on the product roadmap, providing techniques to effectively build and manage product backlog and to develop a release strategy that maximizes the value being delivered.
- Coaches teams to identify and minimize waste while maximizing value.
- Navigates dependencies and complex delivery challenges through inter‑team collaboration.
- Serves the organization by increasing awareness and adoption of agile principles and values.
- Demonstrated experience providing customer‑driven solutions, support, or service.
- Solid knowledge of IT product delivery, including experience in a Scrum Master role or related experience.
- Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks, principles, and values.
- Solid knowledge of Scrum framework and practices.
- Solid knowledge of technology practices related to the software development lifecycle, IT shared services, QA, and/or Dev Ops.
- Strong interpersonal and servant‑leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong facilitation and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to remove impediments, resolve conflict, and motivate team members.
- Solid knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Basic knowledge of scaling frameworks such as LeSS and Scrum@Scale.
