Responsibilities
- Overseeing the delivery of innovative IT services and security solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy secure IT services solutions
- Providing technical expertise and guidance on security architecture, incident response, and threat mitigation
- Conducting risk assessments and security evaluations to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
- Supporting budgeting, planning, and lifecycle management processes for classified IT solutions
- Developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and standards
- Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5) within the last 5 years
- Currently hold IAM Level 3 DoD 8140.01 compliant certification (i.e. CAP, GSLC, Security+ CE, CISSP, CASP, CISM, GSLC)
- 10+ years of experience with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (NIST, DoD RMF, DISA STIGs, NISPOM, ICDs, JSIG)
- Experience supporting IT portfolio management
- Experience in creating risk/issue/opportunity (RIO) metrics, status reporting and executive-level briefings
- Experience maintaining and/or developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics
- Experience working in a fast-paced, mission critical environment
