Senior Associate – Managed Services, Data, Analytics & AI

• Leverage data analytics to drive strategic insights and informed decision-making for clients
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage
• Use Oracle Business Intelligence and Qlik View to create comprehensive reports and dashboards
• Build and maintain client relationships to understand needs and deliver tailored data solutions
• Manage data pipelines and confirm data quality and integrity throughout analytics processes
• Apply analytical thinking and data science techniques to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with teams to develop data architecture and visualization strategies aligned with client objectives
• Engage in continuous process improvement to enhance data analytics capabilities and methodologies
• Navigate complex situations and adapt to changing business contexts to deliver quality outcomes
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:
  Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science
• Demonstrating proficiency in data visualization tools like Qlik View and Spotfire
• Utilizing Python and Java for advanced data analytics projects
• Developing business intelligence solutions using Oracle BI and BIRT
• Engaging in stakeholder management and competitive advantage analysis
• Applying analytical thinking to macroeconomic and microeconomic research
• Embracing change and continuous process improvement in dynamic environments
• Up to 60% travel
