Responsibilities
- Take statements from insureds, claimants, and witnesses
- Obtain and review evidence, reports, and medical records
- Investigate losses and identify coverage issues
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and claimant’s attorneys
- 1+ years of liability claims handling experience
- High School Diploma Required
- Understanding of full in-depth auto coverage for non-standard claims preferred
- Commercial auto claims handling experience a plus
- Claim-related computer systems experience required;
Guidewire experience preferred - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required)
