Manager, Field Shuttle Operations

• Consistently meet and exceed client service goals
• Oversee daily inbound and outbound operations at the assigned location
• Ensure compliance with company, client, local, state, and federal policies and regulations
• Use routing software to schedule and tender client deliveries
• Manage communication regarding special requests from clients and their customers
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational performance
• Conduct daily meetings with service providers and teams
• Ensure performance rankings are accurate and updated daily according to company procedures
• Interpret and share location KPIs with key stakeholders
• Partner with motor carriers to facilitate compliance and delivery capacity
• Maintain all assigned RLX and client assets
• Conduct daily onsite store audits
• Collaborate with peers on work allocation, training, and problem resolution
• Provide field-driven insights to improve service delivery models
• Promote accountability, professionalism, and operational excellence
• Perform other assigned work-related duties

• 1-2 years of last mile distribution, and/or supply chain operations experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI
• Ability to learn new technology/software and processes quickly
• Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to exhibit a professional demeanor when dealing with conflict
• Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary
• Must have a current and valid US driver's license
• Ability to work onsite at the specific customer location assigned in Dothan, Alabama
• Ability to move, stand, and bend for long periods of time
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and outside stakeholders in person and via computer-related messaging
• Ability to maneuver about work areas and move/manipulate various objects
• Ability to work occasional extended hours and travel frequently to assigned client retail locations
• Authorization to work in the United States; appropriate documents must be provided upon request

Demonstrates expertise in last mile distribution and supply chain operations, with a strong focus on client service excellence and compliance with regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI, to analyze performance metrics and enhance operational efficiency.
