We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to help maintain the property and keep the grounds clean, safe, and looking their best. This position involves light maintenance, basic repairs, painting, and general upkeep of the property.
Pay: $16 and up BOEShift: 8:30am-5:00pm
Responsibilities:- Perform light maintenance and prepare units for new occupants (unit turnovers).
- Complete basic ground repairs and general property upkeep.
- Paint handrails, playground equipment, and other designated areas.
- Blow off sidewalks and keep walkways clean and free of debris.
- Maintain clean, safe, and attractive outdoor areas.
- Assist with other general maintenance duties as needed.
- Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to perform hands-on maintenance and outdoor work.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
