• Hire, train, and inspire a high-performing team
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences every day
• Oversee daily operations using company tools and systems
• Manage inventory and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Monitor store performance, KPIs, and cleanliness standards
• Handle cash management and ensure food safety compliance
• Implement company initiatives and operational programs
• Create and execute local marketing and community engagement efforts
• Recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements

• High school diploma required (business or hospitality degree preferred)
• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience in customer service
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and 8-hour shifts
