Senior Project Manager

$120,000 – $180,000 + auto allowance ($500) + relocation support

This is a critical senior hire for a growing contractor looking to strengthen leadership capacity across key Southeast projects. You’ll take full ownership of complex builds, mentor junior project staff, and ensure delivery standards remain high as the business continues to scale.

You’ll have the autonomy to lead major projects while still being recognised as a key individual contributor.

• Lead full lifecycle project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
• Take ownership of budgets, schedules, procurement strategy, and risk management
• Oversee and support Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams
• Partner closely with Superintendents to drive efficient on‑site execution
• Manage client relationships at a senior level, acting as the primary point of contact
• Ensure accurate cost reporting, forecasting, and financial performance
• Uphold high standards across safety, quality, and compliance
• Contribute to process improvements and operational consistency across projects

• 8–15+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience
• Proven track record working for a general contractor
• Strong experience delivering projects valued at $20M+
• Demonstrated leadership of project teams and multiple stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and project execution Qualifications
  • Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field preferred
