Area Supervisors are responsible for multi-unit supervision of a region of offices, office managers, and staff. Supervisors are expected to meet performance goals through the hiring and development of office level staff. Through effective leadership and planning the Supervisor will positively influence profitability, growth, and control of delinquency while following company policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Energetic , Positive Attitude , and Thrive working with a team
• Multi-Unit Supervision experience in Finance, Retail , or Sales
• Training and Development of team members
• Computer proficiency – Email, Word Docs, Spreadsheets
• High school diploma or equivalent , some college preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation

A newly hired Area Supervisor is expected to earn between $50K to $60K in base salary and an additional $20K to $45K+ in commission incentives annually. Starting base salary compensation depends on prior experience in like or similar industries, number of units supervised, and additional travel allowance allotted. Commission is based on a percentage of the net profit for the region of offices and has no limit to what can be earned!
