Position: Campus Director (Helms College, Macon Campus)

Position Overview

The Campus Director – Macon Campus provides leadership and daily cross‑functional collaboration across the campus. The role supports operational effectiveness, student persistence, campus growth, and a positive educational environment, working closely with Academic Affairs, Admissions, Student Services, Career Services, Workforce Development, Compliance, and executive leadership.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Organizational Leadership, Student Services, Workforce Development, or related field (required);
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of campus leadership experience OR 4–7 years of progressive people‑leadership experience within higher education, workforce development, or postsecondary environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, building accountability, and supporting organizational culture.
  • Strong communication, coaching, collaboration, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience supporting operational excellence and student‑centered initiatives.
  • Ability to lead through change, growth, and organizational development.
  • Experience with in higher education, workforce development, nonprofit, or mission‑driven environments strongly preferred.
