Senior Program Manager – Program Management
Position Summary:
Work schedule M‑F 8am‑5pm; 100% on‑site.

The Role- Delivers on assigned program objectives within agreed time, budget, scope, and quality.
- Applies sound project management practices and coaches others.
- Recognizes priority tasks and balances multiple changing priorities for self and program teams.
- Manages cross‑functional, multi‑site project teams and contributes to best practices.
- Develops and manages overall project plans and schedules, including technology transfer.
- Maintains open, collaborative communication with clients and provides periodic updates and progress reports.
- Monitors progress to ensure on‑time milestone and budget completion while delivering high quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoots problems with minimal assistance and promotes innovative solutions as requirements evolve.
- Advances program management competencies across the company and strengthens support capabilities.
- Negotiates to settle differences, maintaining positive relationships with external and internal clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Approximately 7+ years of direct experience in project management and/or the pharmaceutical industry.
- PMP or other project management certification or coursework preferred.
- Working knowledge of biologics fermentation, cell culture, purification, and analytics preferred.
- Professional experience in a related field such as biologics, biotechnology, or pharma preferred.
- Experience working across Catalent sites preferred.
- Experience managing commercial programs preferred.
