Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high‑performing team that delivers excellence in every client interaction
• Create an inclusive, motivating, and growth‑oriented work environment
• Oversee daily operations and business development activities
• Lead sales, marketing, and client engagement strategies
• Achieve profitability and growth goals outlined in quarterly business plans
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and logistics for smooth day‑to‑day operations
• Ensure all sessions, vehicles, and equipment meet GYMGUYZ standards for quality and safety
• Resolve client concerns with empathy and efficiency
• Maintain accurate reporting and budgeting in alignment with company goals
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core principles — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) — in every decision and interaction

• 3+ years of management experience in fitness or related industries
• Proven leadership and sales success with a people‑first approach
• Strong business acumen with budgeting and operations experience
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
