LOB Risk Lead

Responsibilities

• Establish Line of Business risk management strategy and oversee the execution of the risk management programs
• Serve as an advocate for the risk management program
• Ensure the risk management strategies and programs are established, maintained and enhanced
• Oversee the timely and proper execution of the risk management program within and/or across the lines of business
• Provide risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit)
• Monitor changes in internal and external factors and identify emerging risks
• Lead and engage cross functional teams and develop internal capabilities

• Direct technology experience (ITIL certification for example)
• Prior remit of infrastructure control areas (e.g., patch/config governance, backup/restore testing, resilience/DR exercises, capacity/performance, network/security hardening, cloud landing zone controls)
• Clear and effective communication
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
• Specific certifications are often required
