Operations Manager II – Covenant Administration

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of the operations strategy
• Execute operating plan and communicate strategy to operations team
• Manage two or more functions across one or more sites
• Responsible for achieving desired business results
• Act as a senior point of escalation for complex processes
• Review and provide oversight on end‑to‑end processes
• Interact with customers to drive business results and resolve escalated issues
• Provide coaching and development to team members
• Lead staff meetings and communicate the strategic direction
• Develop, review and approve standard operating procedures

• University / college degree
• 3+ years of industry‑relevant experience
• 2 years of previous managerial experience in an operations or production environment
• A comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
