The Principal Research Scientist will provide senior-level management and leadership support to the Army SMDC in revenue forecasting, labor planning, resource allocation, and indirect cost control.

• Provide senior-level management and leadership support to the Army SMDC in revenue forecasting, labor planning, resource allocation, and indirect cost control.
• Direct full program lifecycle activities, including capture transition, planning, execution, and sustainment support
• Lead matrixed organizations consisting of program management, engineering, logistics, operations, contracts, procurement, finance, and subcontract management supporting mission-critical Army operations, and operational delivery across concurrent defense programs.
• US Citizenship required.

• Ph.D. (or professional equivalent) with 162+ months (13.5 years) of full-time work experience.
• 5+ years as executive/program director with oversight of major ($50M+) business budgets. In-depth knowledge of SMDC financial management, labor planning, and resource allocation.

• Ph.D. (or professional equivalent) with 180+ months (15+ years) of full-time work experience.
• 7+ years as executive/program director with oversight of major ($50M+) business budgets. Army portfolio management and operations.
