Senior Project Manager – Strategic Implementations QNXT

• Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion, primarily focused on Payment Integrity products
• Secure required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes
• Manage projects for on-time completion according to specifications and within budget
• Provide top-level project management expertise for technical deployments on the QNXT platform
• Provide experience-based guidance and mentorship to support successful project execution
• Adapt project management methodologies and best practices to project needs
• Advise project teams and stakeholders on project management principles, practices, and approaches
• Plan, execute, and monitor complex projects aligned with organizational objectives
• Approve project plans, budgets, and resource allocations; authorize project initiation
• Benchmark project performance against industry standards, best practices, and KPIs
• Review project deliverables, milestones, and timelines
• Coach project managers and team members
• Consult with stakeholders to establish effective project management frameworks

• 7+ years Project Management work experience in the areas of payment integrity or technical implementations of new products
• Adept at problem solving and decision making, working in the gray with little direction
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• 3+ years of experience on a technical project or alignment with the QNXT Aetna commercial platform
• Experience in deploying technical implementations
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training or 10+ years of relevant professional qualification

Demonstrates extensive project management expertise, particularly in Payment Integrity products and technical implementations on the QNXT platform. Proven ability to lead complex projects, mentor teams, and adapt methodologies to meet organizational objectives.
