Career Advancement & CompensationTraining Salary: $55,000–$65,000
- Unit Manager: $65,000–$85,000
- District Manager: $85,000–$115,000
- Division Manager: $115,000–$145,000

- District Manager: $85,000–$115,000
- Division Manager: $115,000–$145,000
- $6,000 annual bonus for qualifying bachelor's degree candidates
- 365-day-a-year time-off schedule
