Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Join us as a Production Worker in Dothan and be the start of something real. You'll run machines, assemble parts, or pack goods that ship around the world. It s hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow.

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience: 1 year in manufacturing.

Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting (up to) 50 lbs, bending, and staying active.

Dependability: You show up, gear up, and get the job done.

Flexibility: Able to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Shop Smarts: Proficient in basic shop math; ability to read tape measures and gauges.

From setup to final check, you ll keep the floor running smoothly. You ll feed machines, interpret factory orders, and inspect products before they ship, all while working safely and keeping on pace with your crew.
