What You'll Be Doing:

• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to customer requirements and specifications

• Work on a moving assembly/production line, rotating through various packaging and assembly positions

• Inspect materials, finished products, and equipment to identify defects or malfunctions

• Take corrective action to prevent defects, rework, and material loss

• Maintain an accurate inventory of materials and finished goods, ensuring proper sorting, labeling, and storage

• Install and assemble components such as gussets and ANSI strikes according to specifications

• Operate hand tools, including rivet guns, to complete final assemblies

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, when working around presses and pinch points

• Work in a manufacturing environment with minimal climate control and moderate noise levels

What we're Looking For:

• Prior experience in warehouse, packaging, picking, assembly, or manufacturing environments preferred

• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and move continuously throughout a 12+ hour shift

• Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds frequently

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment

• Willingness to work extended hours, significant overtime, and required Saturdays

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards

• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance

• Willingness and ability to learn multiple tasks and rotate through workstations
