• Operate and maintain equipment within the production facility, including compressors, pumps, filling stations, and forklifts
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment condition
• Safely handle and transport cylinders, including filling and quality checks
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, cylinder tracking, and production activities
• Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in safety meetings and training sessions

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in industrial operations is a plus
• Previous experience in plant operations, industrial maintenance, or a related field
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed
