General Production Team Member

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring Full-Time General Production Team Members for our client in Madison, Alabama.

Shift: 2nd Shift 7:00PM-3:45AM

This position is in a typical Manufacturing Environment Emphasizing teamwork, safety, training, and discipline.

• Follows Standard Work Process. Performs a specific task or a number of predetermined tasks in the assembly process.
• Performs repetitive tasks such as attaching or affixing pre-manufactured components and parts to main product as it moves through the production line.
• Prepares parts for shipment.
• Shipping and Receiving material handling.
• Notifies Team Leader of defective parts, equipment, tools, materials, nonstandard assembly work or other conditions, which hinder the assembly process.
• Participates in group meetings in order to exchange any job‑related information and quality standards are being consistently met.
• Ensures that the time, material and waste is minimized.
• Other duties as required insuring that Vuteq meets and exceeds our customer expectations and needs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Should have strong hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to operate various assembly tools.
• Sufficient physical reflexes and personal mobility.
• Must be a team player and communicate effectively with all Team members as well as communicate issues to Supervisor immediately.
• Assist in continuous improvement and be adaptable to change (including new ideas, projects and practices).
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in the English language
• Must be able to work on their feet for long periods of time and will be required to lift up-to 35lbs, 75% of the time.
