The Green Recruitment Company is partnering with a fast-scaling clean energy technology business to appoint a Production Manager based in Alabama. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensuring efficient, high-quality production at scale.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage daily production operations

- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

- Track and report on KPIs

- Proven experience in a Production Manager / Manufacturing Manager role
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, or energy-related environments
