Hamilton, Alabama. Pay: $19.00 per hour.

Under general supervision, perform production line work creating manufactured housing, collaborating with a team, maintaining quality, and operating in a fast moving environment.

• Perform all manual labor assigned to the production area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area.
• Use a tape measure.
• Read blueprints and orders.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers.
• Operate hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.
• Teamwork skills.
• Live Champion Operating Principles.

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
• Must be able to pass a 7‑panel drug screen.

Regularly required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
