You're hired to support site logistics and material handling at a construction project in Beaver Dam, WI. The role involves receiving shipments, managing and controlling tools, assemblies, and materials on an assigned jobsite, and ensuring all materials and tools are placed at the appropriate point of install in alignment with project needs. This entry‑level position offers growth and development opportunities within the logistics team.
Minimum Requirements- Education – HS Diploma or GED
- Experience – 0‑2 years of related experience
Travel: up to 100%
Work Schedule:
This position works between the hours of 6am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. The schedule may vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to, nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required.
- Deliver materials, assemblies, and tools efficiently and on time.
- Organize cages, Connex, laydown, etc.
- Participate in ORM and other safety functions.
- Help maintain accurate site inventory.
- Cleans and maintains jobsite.
- Learn the FTI culture and processes.
- Develop operating skills by completing online training and hands‑on training to get certified, practicing when applicable.
- Learn and use proper spotting techniques to assist with material moves onsite.
- Consistently follow workplace safety procedures.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
