Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a skilled Bulk Loader to support safe, accurate loading of mineral products while ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.

• Operate bulk loading equipment to load mineral powders or granules into trucks, railcars, and storage containers with precision and accuracy
• Ensure product integrity by handling materials to prevent contamination, loss, or damage during loading
• Inspect, operate, and perform routine maintenance on equipment including conveyors, hoppers, forklifts, and loaders
• Follow all safety protocols and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment
• Monitor loading processes and equipment performance, identifying and reporting issues promptly
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely shipments
• Maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with safety and quality standards

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and product quality
• Ability to operate or quickly learn heavy equipment such as loaders, conveyors, and related machinery
• Knowledge of safety procedures within industrial or manufacturing environments
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to support cross-functional coordination
• Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Capability to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate industrial environments
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and machinery
