Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
- Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast‑paced manufacturing environments.
- Assemble, configure, and test electronic components and mobile video surveillance systems.
- Install and program mobile digital video recorders (MDVRs) and related hardware.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electronic equipment and production issues.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Complete production tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
- Support process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
