Wayne Farms seeks a Poultry Processing Supervisor to guide Retail or Further processing teams, ensuring compliance with HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs and USDA/OSHA standards while achieving productivity and meeting customer specs.
You will lead line production, deploy staff, ensure accurate daily reporting, mentor employees and coordinate with QA to maintain a safe, sanitary environment. HS diploma required; 1 year manufacturing experience (3 years in poultry) preferred; strong English communication.
