Location: Dothan, AL
Salary: $14.49 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 3 PM
Looking for Production Frame Fabricator jobs in Dothan where dependable work keeps production moving? This opportunity lets you operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, and help produce consistent results in a safe, fast-paced production environment.
Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Operate production machinery used to manufacture metal door frames and AC vent doors
- Fabricate custom sheet metal products according to customer specifications
- Produce metal closet bifold doors and metal door frames
- Monitor machine performance and report any operational issues
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Production Frame Fabricator.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
