Earn up $1,000 for 1st shift and $2,000 for 2nd and 3rd shift!

We're seeking motivated General Laborers to join our team at our Butler, WI facility, just minutes from Milwaukee. In this role, you'll inspect product quality, package finished products, clean and maintain production machines, and support daily manufacturing operations. SHIFT AVAILABLE- 1st shift - 6:30am-2:30pm-Monday-Friday
- 2nd shift - 2:30pm-10:30pm-Monday-Friday + 1.50 Shift Premium
- 3rd shift - 10:30pm-6:30am-Sunday-Thursday + 2.00 Shift Premium

- Loads, unloads and moves materials, tooling, and finished products within the plant
- Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
- Operate shrink wrap machine
- Removes, empties, and returns all paper waste bins making certain to deposit in correct recycling containers.
- Primarily responsible for the quality of the product being made by the machine they are assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Stamina & Mobility:
Ability to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for the duration of a scheduled shift (8-12 hours). Must be able to frequently bend, reach, crouch, or stoop. - Weight Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally from floor to waist and waist to shoulder. - Manual Dexterity:
Constant repetitive grasping and fine motor manipulation of paper materials and machine components. - Range of Motion:
Frequent twisting of the torso and lifting above shoulder height. - Sensory/Vision:
Must possess tactile/touch sensitivity in hands and digits. Near and far visual acuity, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are required for quality control and safe machine operation. - Work Environment:
Ability to perform these functions in a manufacturing
