Requirements

• GED or diploma required
• Past machine operator or warehouse experience preferred
• Knows how to keep machines running right
• Eye for detail, doesn't cut corners
• Fit enough for lifting, standing, and grinding it out
• Dependable teammate with a solid work ethic

Job Duties

• Operate and monitor sign production equipment (CNC routers, printers, laminators, cutters, etc.)
• Load materials and ensure proper machine setup and calibration
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
