Oversee broiler farms as Company representative to contracted growers;
Monitor house conditions and bird welfare and provide technical assistance;
Act as liaison between Company and growers on expectations;
Provide chick placement, catch and feed withdrawal times to growers;
Monitor flocks for compliance with policies and regulations;
Track bird mortality and report anomalies;
Maintain feed inventories and coordinate deliveries;
Promote safety initiatives and maintain zero-accident culture
