The Digital Sales Assistant plays a key role in the successful operation of our Sales Department. Assisting the General Sales Manager and multimedia executives. • Digital Project Management
• Collaborating on Digital Strategies
• Client onboarding
• Pull Monthly Campaign Performance Reporting
• Assist with Digital Strategy
• Learn and Understand Google Analytics, GDM, and all Gray Digital Products and Procedures
• Set up conversion tracking
• Digital Reconciliation
• Sales Support

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in an office environment with a strong reputation for working well with others and excellent attention to detail.
• An associate's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Computer and Internet literacy are required, with experience in Microsoft Office programs necessary, and the Wide Orbit Traffic system is a plus.
• Customer service and sales support experience will be an advantage, especially within Local Media.
• Basic knowledge of accounts receivable is helpful.
• A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are a must.
