We are seeking an LPN or RN to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be creating and managing clinical services delivery for an ob/gyn practice. At times, you will also be expected to cover clinic when staffing dips below the staff to patient ratio. You are a Nurse (LPN/RN) who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart with years of clinical practice and process implementation to empower your clinical team in delivering excellence in patient care.
You take pride in creating protocols and accountability for clinical processes for clinical staff and are able to observe and communicate effectively with your team. To succeed, you should have demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practices as well as a strong penchant for solving problems.
- Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate clinical services and processes
- Administer training and guides to clinical staff when needed
- Document leadership conversations with team members
- Maintain accurate inventory of clinical supplies
- Develop and implement protocols for new clinical services
- Communicate effectively with other leadership team members, especially your direct supervisor
- Coach staff on a consistent basis to provide support and development
- Currently licensed LPN/RN in state of employment
- 5 years of previous nursing experience and 2 years of leadership experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/CPR certification required
