Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position requiring at least 1 year of recent ICU experience and an active AL or compact RN license.

• Position is in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week travel assignment
• Requested time off (RTO) must be less than 1 week
• Returning travelers are eligible only if not employed as a permanent staff member at a CHS facility within the past 2 years

• Active AL or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• Previous staff employment at any CHS facility within the past 2 years disqualifies candidate
• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not eligible
