Job Summary:
We are looking for an Hospital LPN Med surg
, who’ll work side-by-side with a compassionate, highly skilled physician team, providing continuity of care and building real relationships with patients.
- Perform patient assessments and collect clinical data
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Administer medications and IV therapy
- Implement physician orders and care plans
- Educate patients and families
- Assist with discharge planning
- Document care accurately and timely
- Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff as appropriate
- Active LPN/LVN license
- BLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- IV Certification
- Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience
- Permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility
