- Job Type: PRN W2 or 1099
- PRN Rate: $150/hour
- Model: CRNA Practice under Medical Direction
- General Surgery
- Orthopedic Surgery
- Urology
- Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
- Doctoral level - Active RN and CRNA licensure in the state of Alabama (or eligibility to obtain)
- NBCRNA Certification required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
- New graduates are welcome to apply
