Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across inpatient units. The RN will assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, documenting in the EMR, and supporting safe discharges. RNs will precept and collaborate with peers, follow all clinical and safety protocols, and contribute to quality improvement.

Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, patient and family education, and documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions put in place as needs arise to minimize rehospitalizations and continued evaluation of outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
• CPR Certification is required

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred

Posted Salary Range: USD $35.25 - USD $39.25 /Hr.

Posted Salary Range: USD $37.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.

• Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Initiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings
• Provides age- and condition-appropriate nursing care

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
