- Requirements: BLS, NIHSS, ACLS, Cerner experience preferred; perm address 50 mi from facility.
- Facility will accept submissions pending ACLS so long as it is obtained prior to start
- Facility can accommodate 48hr/wk scheduling requests- please include in submission
