Urology Nurse Practitioner | Dothan, AL – Specialty Care + Procedural Skills

An established urology practice in Alabama is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care for adult and geriatric patients with common and complex urologic conditions.

• Full-time day shift position
• Provide comprehensive care for adult and geriatric urology patients
• Evaluate and manage common and complex urologic conditions
• Perform comprehensive exams and evaluate urinary, sexual health, pain, and continence concerns
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic imaging studies
• Collaborate closely with urologists and multidisciplinary care teams
• Perform or assist with minor office-based procedures as credentialed
• Procedural scope may include catheterizations, cystoscopy, bladder instillations and injections, and prostate biopsies
• Manage medications and initiate therapies within established protocols
• Provide patient education on treatment options, medications, lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, and continuity of treatment
