The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Burn Crew Member (BCM) to support wildland fire operations on the Oakmulgee Ranger District of the Talladega National Forest. This seasonal role runs January 4, 2027 to April 23, 2027, involving ignition, control, mop-up, suppression, monitoring, and post-burn activities.
You will work in a three-person squad under a Burn Crew Manager and advance firefighting skills and certifications.
