Quality Control Specialist
Location: Dothan, AL
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Day Shift: 6 AM Start Time
OverviewKeep quality tight and production moving. If you have sharp eyes and take pride in doing it right, this role monitors and ensures every product meets the required standards before it reaches the floor.
Responsibilities- Inspect materials and finished goods for accuracy and fit.
- Log results and report issues needing attention.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inspection‑ready work area.
- Support the team in keeping the production line moving smoothly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Hands‑on experience in manufacturing or quality work is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, accurate work.
- Physically able to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, focused, and ready to support the crew every shift.
