Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular quality inspections of products and processes
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance data
  • Document and report non-conformances and implement corrective actions
  • Train and educate team members on quality standards and procedures
  • Participate in internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Assist in the development of quality control documentation
  • Review and approve test results and quality reports
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Evaluate supplier quality and work with vendors to ensure product specifications
  • Perform root cause analysis for defects and propose solutions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management)
  • Prior experience in quality assurance or related field
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Certification from a recognized quality assurance body (e.g., ASQ)
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
  • Attention to detail and strong observational skills
