What You'll Be Doing

You'll Be Hands-on, Detail-driven, And Collaborative Every Day

• Inspect and test products throughout the production process
• Verify accuracy against customer specs and engineering drawings
• Test dimensions, color accuracy, structural integrity, and electrical characteristics
• Perform material and performance testing
• Inspect products for UL compliance and apply appropriate labels
• Document inspections and completion in Wrike using photos and paperwork
• Create quality alerts and work with leadership on corrective actions
• Partner with the Engineering Manager on Engineering Change Requests (ECNs)
• Work closely with Project Managers to update order quality and status
• Recommend improvements to quality and production standards

• Supervise and support production supervisors
• Train employees and evaluate performance
• Ensure quality standards are consistently met across teams

• Bachelor's degree or 3–4 years of related experience (or a mix of both)
• Strong understanding of quality processes in manufacturing
• Comfortable working with engineering documentation and specifications

• Read and interpret technical documents and regulations
• Write reports, procedures, and business correspondence
• Confident presenting information to leadership, clients, and teams

• Work with probability, statistics, geometry, and trigonometry
• Apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions in real-world scenarios

• Think critically in situations with limited standardization
• Interpret written, verbal, diagram-based, and scheduled instructions

• Regular standing, walking, sitting, talking, and listening
• Typical manufacturing floor activity
