What You'll Be Doing
You'll Be Hands-on, Detail-driven, And Collaborative Every Day
- Inspect and test products throughout the production process
- Verify accuracy against customer specs and engineering drawings
- Test dimensions, color accuracy, structural integrity, and electrical characteristics
- Perform material and performance testing
- Inspect products for UL compliance and apply appropriate labels
- Document inspections and completion in Wrike using photos and paperwork
- Create quality alerts and work with leadership on corrective actions
- Partner with the Engineering Manager on Engineering Change Requests (ECNs)
- Work closely with Project Managers to update order quality and status
- Recommend improvements to quality and production standards
- Supervise and support production supervisors
- Train employees and evaluate performance
- Ensure quality standards are consistently met across teams
- Bachelor's degree or 3–4 years of related experience (or a mix of both)
- Strong understanding of quality processes in manufacturing
- Comfortable working with engineering documentation and specifications
Language & Communication
- Read and interpret technical documents and regulations
- Write reports, procedures, and business correspondence
- Confident presenting information to leadership, clients, and teams
- Work with probability, statistics, geometry, and trigonometry
- Apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions in real-world scenarios
- Think critically in situations with limited standardization
- Interpret written, verbal, diagram-based, and scheduled instructions
- Regular standing, walking, sitting, talking, and listening
