Position Type:

• Full-time & part-time positions available
• Part-time/High School students in Front of House start at $11/hour.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Make our Guests feel cared for!
• Smile, Create and Maintain Eye Contact, & Speak Enthusiastically
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Be dependable, coachable, adaptable, & mature
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly; show initiative
• Be team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Consistency and reliability
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Loves serving and helping others
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Works at least 2 Saturdays per month
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 25-50 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time

Work Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
